1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 57j77 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform") operated under the 57j77 brand. To register and use the 57j77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may maintain only one registered account on the 57j77 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of funds. To register an account you must:

• Complete the online registration form with your accurate personal details, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that will serve as your primary account identifier.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Complete any identity verification (KYC) steps required by 57j77, which may include submitting a copy of your national ID card or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address.
• Notify 57j77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, a breach of your password, or any security concern related to your 57j77 account.

57j77 employs SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. However, you are responsible for the security of the device you use to access the Platform. 57j77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 57j77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 57j77, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may impose its own transaction limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the 57j77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within the same business day. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours of approval.
• 57j77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may require documentation confirming the source of funds. Processing may be delayed until the review is complete.
• Deposits made by a method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation. No interest will be payable on funds held during any investigation period.

57j77 does not charge processing fees on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket withdrawals for verified accounts. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside 57j77's control and are your responsibility. Currency conversion is not applicable as all transactions are in BDT.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

57j77 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and each individual promotion page will state any additional promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (rollover) will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the stated wagering requirement. Bonuses cannot be used to fund withdrawals until the full rollover has been satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes fraud.
• 57j77 reserves the right to amend the terms of any bonus at any time. If terms change materially after a bonus has been credited, the original terms at the time of crediting will apply to the credited amount already in your account.
• Bonus abuse, including matched betting using free spin offers to generate low-risk or risk-free profits, constitutes a violation of these Terms. 57j77 may void winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

All free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated on the applicable promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, free spins are valid for 7 days from issuance after which they expire automatically without compensation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 57j77 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, live casino games, slots, crash games, and fish shooting titles are published within the relevant game or market interface on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip or wager confirmation before submission. 57j77 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that you changed your mind or made an error in selecting the market or stake amount.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that causes a game to be interrupted before completion, 57j77 will make a fair determination on the outcome based on the game state at the time of interruption. The decision of 57j77 in such cases is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

57j77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supports tools that help players remain in control of their gambling activity. The following features are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-off periods — players may request a mandatory break from the Platform of between 1 day and 6 weeks. During the cooling-off period the account cannot be used for deposits or wagering.

57j77 uses automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, 57j77's decision regarding account closure and fund forfeiture is final and not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 57j77 Platform, including but not limited to the 57j77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game presentations, odds formats, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 57j77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of 57j77's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 57j77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 57j77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 57j77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 57j77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

57j77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, 57j77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 57j77 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 57j77's support team shall be subject to binding arbitration. You agree that any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. 57j77's decision on all gaming disputes is final pending any applicable arbitration process.
